Looking for affordable/shared housing? This location has 3 dorm rooms with 12 beds with adjoining restrooms. We have two rooms dedicated for men and one for women only. We have no minimum/maximum nights to stay and we accept residents from California with government ID for any length of time.
Each pod comes with USB & AC/DC outlet, reading lamp, linens, shower essentials, wifi access, free locker, towels are free with Instagram/facebook follow :)
Single twin pod (sleeps only 1 guest) as low as $45 per night, $245 a week, $840 per month.

CHECK IN INFORMATION:
The reservation line is open from 10am-11pm but front desk hours may vary so guests may be remotely checked in at any time and will be required to send us a photo of their ID/Passport once a reservation has been booked. We accept ID verification via text message to 213-973-7741 or via email at book@podshare.com. Please do NOT text us from an international number as we can not reply or call you back at this time but you are welcome to email. We do allow for late check-in (after 11pm) however we would need a photo of all guests ID's to be verified prior to closing to confirm pod assignment, door codes, wifi, etc.
CHECK OUT INFORMATION:
Guests that are checking out must clear their pod by 11am or make an extension online. Please remove all personal items from the dorms and bring down to kitchen side of the house. After 11am, guests have until 3pm to use all common areas but must be fully checked out of the space with all belongings by 3pm. If you need to leave bags past 3pm, you are welcome to pay for bag storage at $6 per bag until 10pm.

CANCELLATION POLICY
PodShare has a strict 48-hour cancellation policy, and will not accept any modifications, transfers, or cancellations unless you email in writing 48 hours before the date of arrival (Calculated from on 11:59:59 PST two full calendar days prior). Please note any third party booking site may have it's own policy. In which case, the policy listed on the booking site at the time of booking will be enforced.
COMMUNITY STANDARD
PodShare is a co-living facility. Please respect your roommates and the property. Anyone who disturbs the sleep quality or quiet enjoyment of the space for others, may be asked to leave without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Our locations are 100% drug free, and there is no smoking allowed indoors or near the windows/entrances. Excessive inebriation is inappropriate and will not be tolerated.
All guests are required to provide a valid photo ID, a credit card on file, email address, and liability waiver prior to checkin.
Please note if a guest or guest's items are still in the room/pod past 11am on the day of checkout and no extension has been made, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for an additional night's stay. The same policy applies to parking, if a car is still on the lot as of 12 noon on the day of expiration, the car may be charged an additional day to the card on file. If there is no availability, your items will be removed from the room and placed in a storage locker/closet and you will be charged a $15 convenience fee for not checking out on time. Parking is $20 per vehicle per night, and you must push all the way forward for up to 3 tandem vehicles to use the parking. If you are unable or unwilling to tandem park, please street park.
We uphold strict quiet hours from 10pm to 10am, and do not permit non-registered guests. Daypasses are not allowed at this location so all guests must have a current reservation to be granted access to the entire building.The dorm rooms are labeled male/female however all common areas are co-ed for all guests.
Friends are not permitted on the property, other than for pickup or drop off. If your friend would like to hang out, please have them purchase a day pass $15 at the front desk. Anyone caught bringing unregistered guests into the building, may be asked to leave without refund. Please Note: Daypasses are available at all locations except for Melrose.
